What will you get up to?

Work cross-functionally (particularly with your new partner in crime - the creative director) to bring the brand to the hands, homes and hearts of audiences new and familiar.
Ensure that content and comms land seamlessly and meticulously timed across all channels, working closely within both the marketing and wider team to get buy in and brilliance in delivery.
Be exceptionally organised and a devil for the details to ensure the entire marketing function is well planned, well timed and well delivered.
Develop and train your own team of direct and indirect reports across PR, social media and events.
Feel at ease moving away from traditional marketing theory and 'big brand' behaviours - creativity is key and originality is a must. Being a leader, not a follower.
