Description
- Developing and implementing financial strategies
- Overseeing the accounting department and its operations
- Ensuring legal compliance in all financial functions
- Producing and presenting financial reports to management
- Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities
- Contributing to business decisions with financial insights
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Profile
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACA
- Audit experience, ideally Top 10 trained
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced demanding environment
- Experience in Private Equity backed business
- Demonstrable experience implementing robust financial control processes
