• Developing and implementing financial strategies
• Overseeing the accounting department and its operations
• Ensuring legal compliance in all financial functions
• Producing and presenting financial reports to management

• Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Profile

A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Professional certification such as ACA
• Audit experience, ideally Top 10 trained
• Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced demanding environment
• Experience in Private Equity backed business
• Demonstrable experience implementing robust financial control processes
