Are you looking to make a real impact in the Facilities Management industry? A leading
player in the industry is currently looking for a Account Manager to join their
growing team in Stafford.

As the Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Responsible for the day to day running of both the hard services and cleaning team's, organising the site team and supply chain in order to meet contractual outputs and objectives.

* Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins

* Maintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referrals

* Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy

To be successful in the role of Account Manager, you'll bring the following skills and
experience to the role:

* Expertise: Knowledge of M&E systems and great relationship building skills.

* Leadership: Experience supervising skilled technicians and reporting to senior management.

* Commercial: Experience of managing a P&L.
