This full-time, long-term position is available immediately and will last until the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
Assist with the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources.
Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and reach their full potential.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and social development of students.
Help manage student behaviour and implement behaviour management strategies when necessary.
Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
Support students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual requirements are met.
Supervise students during break times and off-site activities, ensuring their safety at all times.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
Possession of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the update service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
A degree in education or a related field is desirable, but not essential.Benefits:
