Office Administrator Bury St EdmundsMonday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekSalary DOEPermanent Our client based in Bury St Edmunds, is searching for an Administrator to join their well-established team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Business Support department to provide administrative support.
Main Duties (including, but not limited to): - Liaising with external contacts, internal contacts, and with colleagues to resolve situations that arise
- Using own initiative when dealing with queries
- Maintaining and ensuring organisation of existing spreadsheets, databases and records
- Dealing with and processing invoices
- Proving administration support to multiple teams when required – this includes but is not restricted to diary management and dealing with emails
- Ensuring that continuous and professional service is provided to the department
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Attending meetings that would be essential in the performance of your duties
Key Skills and Attributes: - Previous experience of working as administrator
- Can-do attitude
- Effective time-keeping and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Can easily adapt to changing environments, and is able to complete sudden tasks and priorities
- Has an eye for detail
