We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our clients dynamic team in a world-leading advanced engineering company with the highest standards.
The Role:
Job Title: Process Technician
Hours of Work: 7-4 Monday to Thursday, 7-3 Friday
The Process Technician role plays a key part within the Quality Function to ensure the conformance of product and process. The role will look to continuously improve cost and time efficiency and ensure that products are produced to the standard expected from their customers.

Responsibilities
* Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
* Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
* Troubleshoot process-related problems and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of process parameters, production outputs, and equipment maintenance.
* Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
* Proficient in the use of manufacturing software and tools relevant to process control.
* Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across various departments.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous but not essential.
