We're looking for an experienced SAP Solution Lead to lead key business processes in Production Planning (PP) and ideally, Quality Management (QM), ensuring critical operations run smoothly and efficiently across high-impact industries.
Your Impact:
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement SAP solutions that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and deliver sustainable value across the production and quality management landscape. With a focus on functional leadership, you will be the go-to expert, ensuring the systems align with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business process improvements using SAP PP & ideally QM modules, ensuring smooth integration with broader business operations.
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that SAP solutions meet real-world operational needs.
* Develop and deliver user-friendly solutions, including intuitive interfaces such as SAP Fiori, that support production and quality workflows.
* Support cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to optimize end-to-end processes.
* Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and business process blueprinting to ensure a structured approach to solution design.
* Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and improvements in alignment with business goals.
Your Experience:
* Over 5 years' experience implementing SAP solutions, with a focus on business process transformation across Production Planning and Quality Management.
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end business operations and how SAP modules integrate to support strategic goals.
* Previous experience in Aerospace, Defence, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
* Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and S/4HANA is desirable.
* Ability to communicate complex processes and solutions to non-technical business leaders, driving engagement and adoption
