A well-established and friendly Medical Centre in Withington is looking for a Medical Secretary to join them on a short-term temporary basis to help support a busy GP surgery with essential admin tasks.
You must be able to use Docman specifically for filing
Working Monday 21st - Friday 25th April, with hours between 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm

What will you be doing as a Medical Secretary?

Using Docman for filing, not just viewing patient correspondence / letters
Navigating EMIS to locate and update patient records
Ensuring documents are accurately filed and assigned to the correct records
Supporting the practice admin team to keep on top of a backlog
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Confident using Docman for filing documents (not just viewing!)
Comfortable working with EMIS
Available to start immediately and commit to the full week
Organised, detail-focused, and happy to hit the ground running
What's in it for you as a Medical Secretary?

Up to £13.50 per hour
32.5 hours per week, working 8am and 2.00pm or 9am and 3.00pm
Weekly pay
Temporary assignment for 1 week minimum to cover annual leave
Working within a well-established and supportive team
