SEN Teaching Assistant - Bristol - BS3

An excellent Mainstream Primary School based in Bedminster, Bristol are looking for a SEN teaching assistant to join them ASAP. This is a challenging but rewarding SEN teaching assistant position, providing the opportunity to work with a group of SEN children with either or a combination of Autism, ADHD and social/emotional mental health issues.

£83.33 - £120 per day, depending on experience
Full-time, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 4pm
Term time only

Providing assistance to children with complex needs and/or physical disabilities including ADHD, ASD, global delay, SEMH, physical and behavioural challenges
Using effective behaviour management strategies to monitor and diffuse difficult situations.
Personal care for pupilsThe right candidate

Maths and English at GCSE grade 4/C or above
Experience working with SEN children - for example youth work, support work, mental health work or SEN in sport
