Nursery Practitioner - Day-to-Day Availability (Blackpool Area)

Are you an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible, day-to-day work in the Blackpool area? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to children in a variety of settings!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Assist with daily routines, including playtime, mealtimes, and rest periods.
  • Observe and support children's development, providing positive encouragement.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively with parents.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Flexibility and availability for day-to-day shifts.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
