Contract: Maternity Cover (Full-Time)
Salary: £210 - £290 per day (dependant on experience)

Are you a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher ready to lead a dynamic team, or a current Head Of Department looking for a change? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join a thriving school as Head of MFL on a maternity cover basis, starting in January 2025.

About the Role:
As Head of MFL, you will:

* Provide leadership and management for the department, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

* Deliver outstanding lessons across a range of abilities and key stages.

* Inspire and support colleagues in delivering a high-quality curriculum.

* Monitor and drive student progress, ensuring all learners reach their full potential.

* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to contribute to the school's overall success.

The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a candidate who is:

* A qualified teacher with experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at secondary level.

* An inspirational leader with a track record of success in MFL teaching and/or leadership roles.

* Passionate about language learning and committed to developing students' cultural understanding.

* Able to motivate, support, and guide a team to achieve departmental goals.

* Well-organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
