Clinical Lead Nurse - RGN/RMN

Hourly Rate: £24

Part-Time, 22.5 hours per week

Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead - RGN/RNLD to join their specialist service, a small rehabilitation service for adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.

As Clinical Lead, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all residents. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership, influence service development, and drive continuous improvements in the quality of care.

What We're Looking For:

• Nursing qualification (RGN or RNLD) and a valid UK NMC Pin
• A passion for leading and developing a high-performing team and service.
• Experience in a clinical leadership role, ideally within the care of individuals with neurological conditions or brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage staff across all areas, ensuring a high standard of quality and governance.
• Deliver safe, clinically effective care, ensuring it meets the needs of residents and complies with regulatory standards.
• Promote a person-centred care approach, focusing on the residents' experience and encouraging a culture of openness, learning, and recovery.
• Work closely with the Registered Manager on safeguarding, quality, and governance, ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies.
• Provide visible, credible leadership, and work with the multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of infection control, cleanliness, and care delivery.
