NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with a growing and ambitious firm of Financial Advisers based in South Manchester who are offering an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone to join their Client Care Team. This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to join an expanding and growing business who a driven by an excellent leadership team. The client care team are key department within the business, acting as a face of the company and ensuring that we provide the best possible client journey.

Main Responsibilities as a Client Care Administrator:

  • Managing cases and keeping the team involved
  • Liaising with Providers and chasing documents
  • Managing a disengagement tracker
  • Daily use of the Back Office System - Xplan
  • Sending and chasing documentation
  • Contacting client to arrange meetings with the Advisers
  • Ensuring client records are kept up to date
  • Management of incoming emails
