Customs Clearance Clerk - Roles and Responsibilities

* Be able to understand and complete Import & Export declarations

* Have a basic understanding of timely and accurate delivery of all financial activities relevant to Customs Services.

* Fulfil customs requests from clients

* Handling queries

* Assisting with the coordination of internal and external audits

* Up to date knowledge and application of SEQUOIA for CHIEF/CDS, for imports, exports (desirable)

Customs Clearance Clerk - Skills and Experience

* Previous experience working within the Freight Industry

* Must have sound knowledge of both import and export processes

* Knowledge of customs systems: CDS, Sequoia, Destin8, CHIEF

* Confident in submitting entries
