We are searching for a Production Manager on a 6 month fixed term basis to support manufacturing in a complex technical manufactuer in the North East (Northumberland).

The production manager will cover some of the following:

* Oversee day-to-day production

* Ensure products are manufactured on time alongside a complex manufacturing process

* Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resources

* Implement cost-effective production processes

* Maintain safety and quality standards

* Lead, train, and motivate production staff

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Excellent problem-solving abilities

* Chemical and manufacturing experience

* Avaiaible for a fixed term assignment
