Shift Engineer - Multiple RolesLocation: Canary WharfRota: 7am - 7pm Days only 4 on 4 offINTERVIEWS TO BE HELD SECOND WEEK IN JANUARYJob Summary:   To main focus for the Shift Engineer will be to undertake maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering Supervisor. The Shift Engineer will work with a small team of maintenance staff on a rotating day shift rota, weekend working will be required. The Shift Engineer will carry out planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work.Main Responsibilities:

• To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairs, adjustments and other maintenance works as appropriate.
• To carry out the required routine servicing, repair or adjustment of plant or machinery in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule as tasked by the Building Control Co-ordinator.
• To adopt a flexible approach in respect of other skills or trades to ensure the most cost effective completion of all tasks.

The Person:

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment, and able to demonstrate basic understanding of HVAC and building services.
• 18th Edition desirable.
