We are currently seeking an engineer to take up the role of a Renewables Engineer, in order to provide the very best service possible, being an ambassador & encouraging and promoting excellence from yourself and your peers.

Being at the leading edge of one of the leading gas contractors in the country, you are expected to provide and deliver a quality system of work in the areas of renewables and plumbing repairs and maintenance.

You will be expected to meet the targets set of you to achieve this role, including but not limiting yourself too, First Time Fix, Customer Satisfaction and Cost per Job.

You will be a key member of the renewable field delivery team, with expectation to work to specific contractual requirements and be an ambassador for the client at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified f-gas engineer(Please call on the basis of general renewables experience) 

Recommended qualifications

•             Solar Thermal, Unvented Hot Water, Air Source Heat pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps,

OFTEC, HETAS, SSSTS, LPG.

Key Tasks:

•             To achieve minimum 75% first time fix

•             To achieve parts cost per job targets as set by manager

•             To achieve productivity targets as set by manager

•             To maintain excellent customer satisfaction

•             Providing technical support for engineers when required

•             Assist or cover the lead technician where required

•             Any other duties as set to you by other Managers or Directors

The company operates extensive IT systems and mobile technology. You will be expected to familiarise yourself with the operation of such systems that may be available to you and as used by others, such as tablets and mobile phones.

Salary:

The company is looking to pay anything from £26,000 to £42,000 annual salary dependant on the experience of the engineer.

This system of work is based on the sound principles of a good Health and Safety Policy, thus ensuring that the service the Company provides continues to meet the ever demanding and changing requirements of our clients and their customers.
