Administration Officer ( Coroner)

£17 per hour (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administration Officer in Southwark. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• Management of the telephone service including front facing service of the court, and provide a consistent and professional high level of customer service at all times
• Case management for death referrals
• Supporting the Coroner as court usher for the efficient day to day operation of the court room for remote, in person and hybrid inquests
• Managing the jury during jury inquests as jury bailiff
• Operating court audio conferencing equipment

The candidate:

• Experience working in a similar role is essential
• Experience working in an administrative capacity in the public sector is desirable
• Must be able to work fully on-site
