Sales Estimator - Engineering required. Our client is a well-established specialist build and contractor for healthcare industries based in the Trafford Park, Manchester area. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Sales Estimator to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting turnkey design and build projects for healthcare projects.

• Producing quotations based on the design and build of projects
• Assisting with progressing sales enquiries for new build and refurbishments projects
• Administering procurement portals and pre-qualifications questionnaire's
• Following up on sales leads and updating the sales enquiry sheets
• Reviewing and completing tender documentation for submission
• Arranging and attending site surveys
• Contributing to marketing activities including the creation of product literature

• Previous experience within an Internal Sales / Estimating role
• 2+ years of experience within a Building Services, Industrial Engineering or Contracting environment
• A science or engineering related degree is desirable
• Experience with cleanrooms, healthcare and laboratories is desirable
• Based in a commutable distance of Trafford Park, Manchester
• Full UK Driving License

• Starting salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
