About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Barnet. This is a full-time role with working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, five days a week. The ideal candidate will hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification and be passionate about supporting young children's early development in a warm, caring, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and nurture children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, learning, and social skills
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to meet each child's unique needs
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and caregiversRequirements:

CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A warm, caring, and patient approach with excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
