We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager for our client in the Plastic Injection Moulding sector, to focus on new business opportunities in the medical sector, specifically medical devices. This role will involve prospecting, lead generation, facilitating RFQs, and negotiating with key decision-makers globally. As the main point of contact throughout the sales process, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, while working closely with internal teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect, generate leads, and secure new business in the medical devices sector.

* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.

* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.

* Travel globally (50%) to Asia, Europe, and the Americas to engage with clients.

* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality assurance) to meet customer needs.

* Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.

* Work closely with marketing to support targeted campaigns.

* Track and report progress via the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development, particularly within medical devices or related industries.

* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and professionalism.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
