You will be working with a Housing Association based in the East Midlands as a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor.

Key Benefits:

* Initial 3-month interim contract - following this, if everyone is happy the post will go permanent

* £35-£40 per hour

* Hybrid working - 2/3 days will be spent on site for inspections or contractor meetings

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect properties to assess and diagnose damp and mould

* Prepare detailed reports with recommendations for solutions

* Liaise with tenants, contractors and management to resolve issues

What We're Looking For:

* In-depth knowledge of damp and mould causes and treatments

* Strong attention to detail

* Experience as both a Damp & Mould Surveyor and Disrepair Surveyor
