The Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions.
• Delivering high-quality client service and ensuring smooth transactions.

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive).
• Strong technical expertise and ability to manage cases independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach.
