Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on-site
Coordinate with contractors and tradespeople
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Maintain high standards of health and safety
Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience in refurbishment, particularly with period properties
Valid CSCS card
SSSTS certification
First Aid qualification
Strong leadership and communication skills
