Customer Service Co-ordinator

Permanent, Full-Time hours 8am-5pm, salary up to £28,000 DOE offering great benefits and hybrid working. 

A new opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator has arisen to join a busy Team who deliver excellent Customer service to the House building industry for a growing Business. Have you got a background within Construction or New Home building, passionate about delivering excellent Customer Care?

As an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator you will:

Handle customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Providing information to customers about products, services, and promotions
Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement
Are you a Customer Service Co-ordinator with the following skills?

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Experience in the Home building/ Construction industry is preferred
