What You Can Expect

* Salary - £55,000

Main Responsibilities as an Underwriting Risk Analyst

* Define and refine KPIs to monitor risks, ensure robust processes, and flag deviations using automated controls.

* Perform daily monitoring of loss ratios, business mix, retention, and pricing to meet expected outcomes.

* Analyse performance, identify deviations, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.

* Maintain governance documentation, assist with pricing audits, and contribute to committee discussions.

* Deliver excellent customer outcomes by ensuring high standards of care and enabling informed decisions.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

* Experience in a similar role (ideally at an insurer)

* Expert Power BI skills

* Excellent MS Office skills

* Radar skills and experience

* Python/SQL skills
