Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Resourcer

Company: A1 Personnel

Salary:

• OTE £27K Per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify potential workers for various temporary assignments.
• Manage the daily booking process, including checking in temps and ensuring client requirements are met promptly.
• Participate in the out-of-hours phone coverage on a rotating weekly basis.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Format and organize CVs for efficient review.
• Coordinate interview schedules as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with databases.
• Ability to work effectively within a large team environment.
