Your role

Lift and relay/renew paving stonesRake out and re-point brickworkRenew bituminous damp proof coursesDrill and inject for liquid damp proof coursesRepair timber fencing and gatesWorking as a multi trade skilled operative and be capable of complete works in other construction trades e.g. patch plastering, wall and floor tiling, minor plumbing activities etc.Undertake full multi and ground working duties where necessaryIdentify and rectify defects in groundwork as requiredPrepare and lay new concrete paths and rampsPrepare and lay concrete footings for brickworkThis list is not exhaustive and works carried out will be to suit the business needs.

What We Need from You.

NVQ L2 or equivalent construction trade qualification. Have a recognised qualification in Bricklaying/Ground working or other building trade or trades. GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English. Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification. Must have a valid CSCS card at the appropriate level. Driving Licence required to operate grounds maintenance machinery along with company vehicle.
