Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and building services, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance, minimising downtime and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Supervise and coordinate service partners and contractors, driving quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure full health, safety, and statutory compliance, including fire safety and risk management.
• Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to enhance building performance.

About you:

• Strong technical background in M&E, building services, or FM within a shopping centre or large commercial asset.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers, ensuring high service delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
