Enterprise Security - Service Engineer

Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car + Overtime + Full Benefits Package

A market-leading security integrator is looking for an experienced Service and Maintenance Engineer to join their team, covering the Northwest region. This role involves fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairing high-end IP CCTV and PC-based Access Control systems, as well as conducting routine maintenance visits.

The Role:

Diagnosing and repairing faults on enterprise-level security systems.

*

Conducting routine maintenance visits to ensure optimal system performance.

*

Working with leading clients in the finance and IT sectors.

*

Providing on-call support as part of a rota (low call-out volume expected).

*

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

What We're Looking For:

*

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.

*

Experience with high-end security solutions such as Lenel, C-Cure, Milestone, or Genetec is highly desirable.

*

Ability to fault find and troubleshoot complex security systems.

*

A proactive and professional approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.
