Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is one of the longest standing law firms in Birmingham. They have multiple offices, and are looking for a Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to manage their own caseload in their Hall Green office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have the required level of qualification- as a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

The Role:

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will have:

Extensive experience within conveyancing
Ability to commute to office in Hall Green, Birmingham
Ability to work independently, end to end on conveyancing files
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
