I am currently recruiting for a well-known car manufacturer who require 4 x vehicle technicians

Annual Salary: £35,000 (Basic) + Uncapped Bonus
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Permanent, Full-timeWe are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone with a Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. The role offers a competitive basic salary with the added benefit of an uncapped bonus, reflecting the quality and quantity of work.

Day-to-day of the role:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in a timely and accurate manner.
Performing vehicle inspections, testing, and servicing.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards.
Keeping records of work carried out and time taken.
Communicating effectively with the service team and customers when required.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
A full UK driving licence.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
