We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's modern care home; it offers a supportive and inclusive environment for residents requiring residential and nursing care, including those with dementia and other mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of residents by delivering exceptional care.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• RGN or RMN qualification
• Valid UK NMC Pin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional nursing care to patients with diverse healthcare needs
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed with precision and care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
