What You'll Be Doing:
·Lead and assist with the successful delivery of a range of infrastructure design projects across multiple sectors, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions.
·Collaborate closely with team members, sharing your technical expertise to ensure that all work aligns with best practices and meets client expectations.
·Work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including highways, drainage, and infrastructure enabling works for new developments.
·Be a key player in the team's mission to deliver top-quality designs, calculations, drawings, and reports that are used for tender, construction, and approval by relevant authorities.
What We're Looking For:

·Likely working as a Senior Technician or Engineer, or you're someone who's ready to take that next step in your career.
·Ideally qualified with a degree in Civil Engineering, with a desire for further professional development (support for Incorporated or Chartered status is available).
·Experienced in delivering infrastructure design projects within a civil/structural engineering consultancy.
·Proficient in producing detailed designs, calculations, and reports that meet a high standard for approval and construction purposes.
·Skilled in AutoCAD Civil3D and/or MicroDrainage, with the ability to deliver technically sound, innovative solutions to infrastructure challenges.
·A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities for learning.
·An effective communicator, confident in presenting ideas to clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
