Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire Safety Manager. This role offers the opportunity to oversee fire safety operations at a key client site in London. The Fire Safety Manager will be pivotal in managing fire safety risks, conducting audits, and providing expert guidance to the site management team.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Risk Manager to ensure the Fire Strategy remains up to date.

* Promote and maintain a positive fire prevention and safety culture across the site.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, site policies, and procedures.

* Conduct reviews and updates of the Fire Risk Assessment.

* Oversee maintenance and statutory testing of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.

* Liaise with Facilities Management to ensure fire equipment is maintained and compliant.

* Provide fire safety training, including evacuation and Duty Manager training.

* Maintain fire safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and asset registers.

* Conduct Retailer Fire Safety Inspections and report any issues to the Operations Team.

* Advise stakeholders on fire consultations related to changes in fire loadings.

Experience and Certifications Required:

* Industry qualifications at a minimum of Level 4 Fire Safety Diploma or equivalent.

* Strong knowledge of fire safety standards and guidance documents.

* Proven experience in managing fire risk and fire prevention processes.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
