The Teaching Assistant should…

• Have studied ideally to A-level, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Maths
• Have competent IT skills
• Have some previous experience of working with young people
• Have experience of behaviour management and techniques
• Be willing to learn
