About the role

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and passionate Field Service Dental Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing on-site support, maintenance, and engineering solutions specifically tailored to dental systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across various customer sites and environments.

Key responsibilities

* Perform Proactive and Reactive Maintenance on Clients sites

* Installation and Commissioning of New Equipment

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service visits, repairs, and installations.

* Participate in Ongoing Training

* Build and sustain strong relationships with clients

About you

* Previous experience as a Dental Engineer is a must

* Strong technical thought process

* Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical qualification or apprenticeship desirable

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
