Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our talented faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching science and inspiring young minds. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and possibly Key Stage 5, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure effective learning and understanding.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the school community.
Keep up-to-date with developments in science education and incorporate them into your teaching.
Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Science or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching science at secondary school level (Key Stages 3 and 4).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
