• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through COINS ERP implementation.
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure optimal configuration.
• Support end-users with training and troubleshooting to enhance ERP adoption.
• Develop a framework for monitoring and optimising ERP performance.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units to facilitate communication and change management.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to business systems.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of COINS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
