I am looking for a skilled and motivated Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. This firm is well-known for its collaborative and knowledgeable team, specializing in retail, residential, and commercial projects. They have built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, customized designs that consistently exceed client expectations.

The successful Architect will have experience working in a UK-based architecture firm and possess excellent attention to detail. You should be confident in your abilities and eager to advance your career; retail experience would be advantageous

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Relevant experience in a UK architecture practice (including Part 2 Architectural Assistant experience)
• Confident in presenting work to clients
• Ability to navigate all RIBA stages with guidance from senior team members
• Knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, building systems, and construction types
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong design and technical detailing skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
