The Role - Year 3 ECT
As a Year 3 ECT, you will be responsible for a class of 29 pupils at the start of their Key Stage 2 journey. With support from experienced colleagues and a dedicated mentor, you'll plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to your pupils' needs. You'll be encouraged to develop your practice through high-quality CPD and will be fully supported throughout your induction year.
