Location: Based in Manchester, covering sites within a 50-mile radius. Current clients include offices, landlords and tenants, and the real estate sector. This may expand as the business grows.

The Role: We're expanding our M&E services off the back of long-standing fabric and reactive maintenance contracts. You'll be responsible for:

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive gas and mechanical works

*

Supporting the team with general PPMs and occasional small general repairs

*

Travelling across the Northwest, predominantly within 50 miles of Manchester

You'll mainly focus on your trade but will need to be hands-on and flexible to support the wider team as needed.
