What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?
Working as part of a wider team, you will be focused on providing a new product range offering to range of the companys existing customers. Duties will include:

Liaising with existing customers regarding the new product range to find out where the offering would be suitable
Processing sales orders
Handling customer enquiries and issues, providing answers and solutions
Taking orders and co-ordinating with internal contacts regarding deliveries
Monitoring sales performance and providing key information to identify trends and areas for improvement
Supporting the external sales team to help launch this new range
Developing a product knowledge for the range
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Ideally experience in a similar business to business Sales Co-ordinator, Sales Admin or Sale Support role
An experienced administrator with excellent phone manner and experience of co-ordinating with customers would also be considered
An interested in plants, seeds or similar would be interesting but is not essential
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
Customer focused with the ability to build relationships
Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
