RG Consultancy are working closely with an excellent not-for-profit organisation who are looking for an experienced accounts/payroll clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent role, working in a medium sized team (approx 5 staff members) and will liaise with senior staff and the external accountants and team.
Duties will include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end duties (accruals and prepayments)
- Full end to end payroll using SAGE 50 (weekly and monthly)
- Dealing with pension queries
- PAYE, SSP/SMP/SPP, adoption and student loan deductions
- Deal with HMRC queries
- Reconcile control accounts to the general ledger
- Other ledger duties
