Head of Sales Operations
We are working with a client based in Hatton Garden who are seeking a new charismatic Head of Sales to join their team permanently. They are within the Luxury Jewellery industry, specialising in diamond sales. This exceptional opportunity to work within a Luxury Jewellers as the Head of Sales with a Salary of £55,000 -£65,000 and an 8% bonus based on performance.
As the Head of Sales Operations for a Luxury Jeweller you will have impeccable leadership along with communication. A driven individual with a very hands-on approach, the Head of Sales will be very resilient and direct whilst still having great people skills.
Collaborating closely with all departments, you excel in data analysis, employing a data-driven approach to make informed decisions to support our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, own and deploy retail sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and report on sales performance, strategy, targets and KPIs across all locations.
- Oversee all sales and retail operations.
- Accountable for the performance and development of the entire sales team.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and collaborate on long-term sales strategies with senior management.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales management within the same sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating both internal and external relationships.
- Experience in managing complex operations and scaling teams within a growing business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
