Our client specialises in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and civil engineering. As a long established they pride themselves on their loyal client base with repeat business time and again. Our client has a strong coverage of projects around the UK with package values ranging from £5 million to £20 million covering the residential and commercial sectors.

About the Role

Due to the on-going expansion of the company and awarding of new projects, our client is looking for a Health and Safety Lead to join their team to be based across 3 - 5 different sites across London. As the Health and Safety Lead you will be assisting in the day-to-day health and safety duties which will include:

* Developing and implementing the organisation's health and safety strategy.

* Setting health and safety objectives and performance targets.

* Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

* Communicating effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders on health and safety matters.

About the requirements

* A NEBOSH or IOSH for this position is essential

* 5+ years experience within construction Health and Safety Managers position ideally with a Civil, RC Frame or Groundwork subcontractor.

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £85,000 - £90,000 per annum.
