Office Coordinator, you’ll be the cornerstone of the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service to clients whilst providing seamless admin support to the team and being the brand ambassador for the office.
Key Responsibilities - Front of House:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with warmth and efficiency.
- Office Operations:
- Manage a busy and ever-changing diary with precision.
- Maintain a well-organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair needs promptly.
- Administrative Support:
- Organise property marketing materials, including photos.
- Handle internal and external correspondence professionally.
- Address tenant and landlord queries, directing them to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Project Coordination:
- Take ownership of specific projects and conduct research to support business needs.
- Culture Building:
- Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere that enhances team morale and productivity. Being a positive team player!
Ideal Skills and Attributes: - Experience and Skills:
- Prior customer service experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive.
