Due to a exciting recent acquisition my client who are a Fareham based whole of market financial planning practice are expanding their team with a opportunity for a experienced IFA administrator to support a highly experienced team of advisers.
Duties
- Supporting a team of financial planners with whole of market IFA administration.
- Dealing with client technical queries in a efficient and professional manner.
- Attending client meetings when required, taking notes/ information.
- Gathering and compiling information for meeting packs, annual reviews, LOA’s, submitting of new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Financial services experience, ideally within a an IFA or wealth practice.
- Experience using Intelligent office is desired
- Any relevant qualification, such as certificates in financial planning or working towards the level 4 diploma in financial planning is desired.
Package
A salary of up to £35k depending on experience, 25 days holiday + the day off on your birthday, study/examination support, life cover, pension, PMI, all after flexible working, but will mainly be a office based role.
