Summary:

The Job:
• As Sales Manager you will be required to manage a team of sales people.
• You will be tasked with growing the business across the UK, while maintaining a positive team balance.
• You'll have hiring responsibility and you'll develop the ongoing growth strategy.
• You're supported by fantastic marketing, technical and operational teams.
• You'll still be required to sell to key accounts in the region.
The Ideal Candidate:
• You'll have extensive knowledge across wastewater or water treatment.
• It's important that you can lead and manage a team.
• Must have experience selling to water utilities companies.
• Experience managing engineers and technical staff is also a huge plus.
• There are lots of large projects which you'll need experience in dealing with.
• Comfortable with travelling nationally.
• Based anywhere in and around the UK.

• Up to £70k basic with a larger OTE.
