SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER

Kettering - Hybrid Working

12 weeks contract

Rate: £16.63 PAYE or £20.93 UMBRELLA

Work 37 hours weekly

Experience in dealing with major planning applications.

Large scale residential projects, large scale commercial and other complex projects.

Experience of EIA development.

Required to present applications to Planning Committee.

Hybrid Working - need to visit sites and developer meetings dependant on projects being handled, either face to face or teams meetings.

Start date ASAP.
